How do I submit a Request for Quote (RFQ)?
Email your RFQ to [email protected] or call +1 (302) 567-4434. Include the product name, part number or SKU, quantity, and required delivery date. We respond to all RFQs within one business day.
Do you accept government purchase orders (Net 30)?
Yes. We support Net 30 payment terms for qualifying federal agencies, state and local governments, and educational institutions. Submit your purchase order with your agency name, CAGE code or UEI if applicable, billing address, and authorized signature. Contact us at [email protected] to establish terms.
What procurement forms do you accept?
We accept Government Purchase Card (GPC/SmartPay), SF-18 Request for Quotation, SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) orders, and standard commercial purchase orders. All orders include a compliant invoice with our CAGE code and UEI.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is a minimum order requirement of $200, excluding shipping costs and applicable taxes. Federal and government buyers may provide valid tax-exempt documentation to remove applicable taxes. We do not fulfill single-unit orders.

Yes. Our catalog is TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant. We source through authorized distributors TD SYNNEX and Ingram Micro, who maintain TAA-compliant product lines. If you need TAA compliance documentation for a specific product, contact us and we will provide a written confirmation.

Yes. One Stop Shop Solutions Inc (OSSS INC) has made the Section 889 representation confirming we do not provide or use covered telecommunications equipment or services from prohibited Chinese manufacturers (Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua, or their subsidiaries).

Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We ship via FedEx and USPS with live rate calculations at checkout. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for time-sensitive requirements at an additional cost. We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
What are your typical delivery timelines?
Standard ground delivery: 5–10 business days. Expedited delivery: 3–5 business days (with exceptions). For large or custom orders, we will confirm lead time at the time of order. Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.
Products & Pricing
Do you offer bulk/volume pricing?
No. Pricing is based on current distributor and market rates, and we do not offer fixed bulk or volume discounts.
Can you source products not listed on your website?
Yes. Through our distributor relationships with TD SYNNEX and Ingram Micro, we have access to over 100,000 SKUs. If you need a specific product, part number, or brand not shown on our site, email [email protected] with the details.
Do your products come with manufacturer warranties?
Yes. All products are sourced through authorized distribution channels and carry full OEM manufacturer warranties. We do not sell gray market or refurbished products unless explicitly stated.
